NOTICE:
Dr. Van would like to be able to answer all e-mail asking for advice.
However, due to the overwhelming number of requests that has become impossible. The
following policy now applies to all requests for information and advice:
- Mail requiring a very short "yes or no type" answer will be handled as early
as possible.
- Mail requesting his professional advice and assistance on a case will be charged a
$15.00 fee which will be credited back to you upon your first visit to our clinic.
- Dr. Van is licensed in the state of Iowa. Per state law, any out of state requests for
assistance must be at the request of a referring veterinarian with complete records of the
condition accompanying the request. A minimum fee of $15.00 and an hourly consultation fee
of $125.00 per hour will apply.
