NOTICE:
Dr. Wilke would like to be able to answer all e-mails asking for advice. However, due to the overwhelming number of requests that has become impossible. The following policy now applies to all requests for information and advice:
- Emails go to the general mail inbox. Receptionists and technicians monitor this inbox every 24-48 hours during normal operating hours.
- For medical concerns or questions, please call our office rather than email us.
- For appointments, either to make an appointment or to reschedule, please call our office rather than email.
- Mail requiring a very short "yes or no" type of answer will be handled as early as possible.
- Dr. Wilke is licensed in the state of Iowa. Per state law, any out of state requests for assistance must be at the request of a referring veterinarian with complete records of the condition must accompany the request. A minimum fee of $50.00, with an hourly consultation fee of $125.00 per hour will apply.
- For immediate questions or concerns, please call us directly. Email can be unpredictable, so phoning will provide you with more expeditious service.
